After an owner comes home with a rescue dog, her recently deceased cat—now a ghost, is determined out of jealousy to spook the pup and send him back to the pound. Her plan works but after seeing the error of her ways she enlists the help of a group of misfit pet ghosts in a military-style, mission to right the wrong and save the dog.
